For two hours, attendees will enjoy an open bar of fresh shells, including oysters, clams, mussels and more, prepared to perfection to highlight their unique flavor and unparalleled freshness.
To complement this culinary experience, the kitchen staff will guide diners through a careful selection of wines, designed to enhance the flavors of the conchas and elevate the dining experience. From whites to reds, each wine has been chosen to complement and enhance the flavors of the seafood, creating a perfect pairing.
